Overview: generally a quiet time of year between seasons. Weather variable, but mostly dry with sunny spells. Light north-west winds. Min night temp 10C; max day temp 18C.
September - Wetland Bird Count

The British Trust for Ornithology Wetland Bird Count - Elmley Sector 11-9-17. This is a monthly count undertaken by volunteer expert surveyors across Elmley NNR. The area around the hides, Spitend, is counted separately.
