In-House Ecologist Wanted

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgable naturalist to undertake our Spring and Summer wildlife surveying across our 3300 acres wetland reserve.
We would like an naturalist to join our team from this April to undertake our breeding wader survey along with a broader surveying role with full access across Elmley's 3300 acres to record, identify and communicate about many of our wonderful inhabitants. The right person will have a 'can-do' attitude, be self-motivated, have well practised fieldcraft and an excellent knowledge of waders and other ground-nesting birds.
The paid role will come with accommodation and on-Reserve 4x4.
