Join Theresa and Pernilla for a summer weekend retreat to immerse yourself in yoga and nature. Enjoy a health-boosting and energising experience in a peaceful environment for complete relaxation and inner discovery. 

FIND YOUR FLOW Exploring yoga is at the core of this weekend of wellness, to nourish and nurture your body, mind and soul. Expect a mix of energising and restorative practices, meditation, pranayama and Yoga Nidra.  There will be plenty of free time, for quiet reflection, journaling, reading, peaceful walks along the nature trails and holistic treatments.

Wonderful bespoke massages and Reiki treatments will be available at an additional cost, paid locally.

On Saturday evening (weather permitting) stargazing and chilling around the fire pit is on the agenda. Please bring your favourite blanket!

ACCOMMODATION  
The main retreat space is centred around Kingshill Cottage with exposed wood and whitewashed floors to ensure calm throughout. The open ground floor encompasses a multipurpose activity/yoga space, with a living and eating area. There are 5 comfy bedrooms for single and double occupancy.

 If glamping is more your style, the selection of canvas bell tents offer a supreme coziness factor. It’s camping but in comfort. The tents have proper beds, thick duvets, coir matting, bedside tables and lights. Showers with a view and loos are a short walk away. They can be set up for double or single occupancy.  Note: If separate beds are required the second bed will be a comfortable air mattress. All accommodation has high quality bedding, fluffy towels, luxury natural bathroom products by Bramley and stunning views.

EAT WELL Delicious and healthy food is provided, with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Teas, coffee, fruit and wholesome snack are always available. Menus are seasonal and everything is lovingly made in the farmhouse kitchen using local produce of the highest standard. Vegan and gluten free options are catered for.

TEACHERS

Theresa and Pernilla embarked on their yoga teacher training with Sally Parkes Yoga in London 2016, graduating with a deep sense of transformation and dedication to share the practice with others. Between them they now teach many styles of yoga as they have continued to study with leading teachers from all over the world.  Both share the view that yoga should be fun, empowering and accessible to all.

The retreat is suitable for complete beginners and more experienced yogis alike, who wish to slow down and deepen their practice.   Participation in activities is always optional.
