Spoonbills

Thursday – August 27, returning from South Fleet Hide at about 4pm, I walked up the grass ramp and gingerly looked over the sea wall onto the Swale and saw a group of 6 large, dazzling white birds which on binocular examination were revealed to be spoonbills.
